Following is link regarding the zoning hearing for the southwest property at the corner of Lowell and Bowles.  The developer is proposing a density of 10 units for acre.  For comparison, Bow Mar South is 2 units an acre, and the development behind 4 G’s restaurant is 4 units per acre.
